Nottingham Forest have had their appeal rejected against a points deduction.
The Premier League confirmed this on Tuesday.
Forest had appealed against the four penalty points for breaching financial sustainability rules which they were handed in March.
But Forest has not been successful in that appeal, and therefore the penalty is not changed.
Forest have been judged to have breached the PSR threshold of 61m by 34.5m, according to the league.
